I had a website design for my business and I even went with this company to do the website hosting. I did let them know that I would be wanting to change hosting services later due to me finding better deals for other website, hosting services and more affordable options being out there. I was set up for auto pay for my website hosting, and when it was time for me to find a new website hosting provider, I They were wanting to charge me $1000 to migrate my website. I confronted the owner of this company Idk and let her know that I was unaware that that would be such a extensive charge in order for me Hosting and when our first initial conversation happened, that was not stated when I asked a question that I asked about changing website hosting. I paid $1300 from my website and was threatened to have all my files deleted within 72 hours. I did fall behind on my website payments for two months but then I caught it up the very next day that was the last day for me to pay for my hosting, and still decided to delete my website and return my payment and threaten to delete my website that I have already paid for the design part if I have not downloaded it in 72 hours. This is horrible customer service.Response from the ownerIt's unfortunate that you had a bad experience. As with all of our clients we go above and beyond. You were 3 months late on your payments and was warned informed numerous times of your account being suspended and then deleted since 27 May 2024. We even offered you an extension to download your website files so that you can migrate your website to a host of your liking. We do not research prices for competitors on what they will charge you to migrate your site. You asked if you could transfer your website at the beginning of your consultation and we told you yes and you can do that. If you are no longer a customer of ours we are not obligated to hold on to your website until you are ready to transfer web hosting. Your website is available for you to download as this reply is being made which we also extended the deadline from the 72 hours for you to download. I hope you download the files that we have made ready for you so you can get your website back online. It is a beautiful website! Wishing you the very best!
